Here’s a breakdown of each stage in my design process. You'll find details on what to expect as we collaborate together to create your ideal IG visuals.

  • Fill out the website form: The discovery form is a set of targeted questions designed to gather essential information about your needs, preferences, goals, and challenges, helping me to understand how best to provide a solution. This questionnaire can be found on the Form page of this website.

  • Accept a call request: A discovery call is an initial conversation about your brand that helps me to understand your needs, challenges, goals, and pain points to determine if there's a potential fit for the services I offer. In this call we will review your discovery questionnaire and make a plan.

  • Onboarding is a systematic process of welcoming you as a new client, integrating you into my workflow, and ensuring that you have all the necessary information and resources to begin a successful working relationship. Once we’ve agreed to move forward together, information for how to onboard will be emailed to you.

    *Clients work with me through Notion.so

  • In order for designs to align with your brands visual identity a brand kit will be required from you. This incudes your brands colors, fonts, photography, and logos. If you do not have a brand kit, we can work together to create the visuals you need with what you have.

    *Discussion on changing/updating branding kit elements will be included in our discovery call.

A discovery call is an initial conversation to understand your needs. Using the information you provide we’ll outline a direction, discucssing the visual elements you need. Once we’ve agreed on a design direction, work will begin on your IG templates asap.

Discovery Call & Design

Your satisfaction is my priority. Once the initial designs are presented, we'll collaborate up to three rounds of revisions to fine-tune every detail, ensuring the templates perfectly capture your brand's essence. After your final approval, I'll deliver all your custom Instagram templates in an organized, easy-to-use format, ready for you to elevate your online presence.

Revisions & Delivery

  • During the revision stage, we'll work together through up to three rounds of feedback to ensure your custom templates perfectly align with your vision and brand.

  • Once the designs are finalized and approved, I'll deliver your complete package of custom Instagram templates. This includes ready-to-post designs in PNG formats, perfect for immediate use, alongside editable templates in Canva so you can easily customize and update your content whenever you need. An additional PDF document with examples of how to assemble your templates will be provided as well as a Brand Guidelines Sheet.

    *Premium Canva subscription will be required if using custom fonts

  • Beyond just Instagram templates, I also offer a comprehensive Brand Kit to ensure your brand's visual identity remains consistent across all platforms and for any future design needs. This includes providing you with all your approved logos, exact color codes, and fonts in organized files, making them readily accessible for future designers or your own marketing efforts. Additionally, I'll provide a clear document outlining the proper usage of your brand elements, guaranteeing a cohesive and professional look for years to come.

  • You’re ready to post! Once all payment has been fulfilled you’ll sign off as my client with your designs and templates in hand. Now you’re ready to show the world the new you!
